We are seeking a Managed Platform Assurance Analyst to join our reputed company Operations team, responsible for ensuring the ongoing health and performance of reputed company instances in our reputed company-hosted reputed company application through monitoring, analysis, alerting, and collaboration. This role focuses on proactive monitoring, incident response, and performance optimization to deliver a reliable and seamless customer experience.

The Managed Platform Assurance Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring reputed company’s reputed company customers experience reputed company application performance and platform stability. This role involves reputed company monitoring of reputed company environments, proactive identification and reputed company of issues, and delivery of insightful reports that drive reputed company confidence and operational reputed company.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
