We are seeking a highly skilled Solutions Architect to join a dynamic Customer Engineering team, focusing on bridging technology solutions with client needs. In this role, you will work closely with sales and technical teams to design, implement, and demonstrate robust security solutions for web applications and APIs. You will serve as a trusted advisor to a diverse range of clients, from startups to large enterprises, ensuring successful deployments and optimized solutions. This position involves hands-on technical engagement, proof-of-concepts, and solution guidance in multi-cloud and cloud-native environments. The role offers opportunities to influence product development, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to a collaborative and innovative technical culture. Excellent communication, technical expertise, and problem-solving abilities are essential for success.

Accountabilities

  • Partner with account executives and sales engineers to identify business opportunities, uncover customer technical challenges, and develop strategies to overcome blockers.
  • Own the technical relationship with clients, delivering product and solution briefings, hands-on demos, and proof-of-concept implementations.
  • Guide customers on API security best practices, application architectures, and platform requirements to ensure successful solution adoption.
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and support continuous improvement of solutions.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, implementation guides, and field enablement materials.
  • Contribute to RFPs, technical questionnaires, and security assessments.
  • Train team members as a subject matter expert on technical aspects of solutions.
  • Travel moderately as required to support customer engagements.

Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Sales Engineer, Solutions Architect, or Security Consultant.
  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, NGINX, and cloud vendors.
  • Strong knowledge of the application security landscape, including API security, web application firewalls, DevSecOps, SIEM, and related technologies.
  • Experience presenting technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences, including CISOs and architects.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication, persuasion, and listening skills.
  • Current physical presence in the applicable regional time zone.
