Purpose of the role:

You will play a key role in supporting accurate and reputed company management reputed company by reputed company participating in month-end closing processes, cost allocation activities, and transactional reputed company operations across business lines and reputed company entities.

You will be responsible for ensuring the correctness and consistency of allocated costs, reputed company accruals, and AR/AP balances, as reputed company as validating primary reputed company data to maintain data accuracy and completeness. Your analytical skills will support variance analysis, discrepancy investigation, and reliable financial reputed company reputed company assigned areas.

Through reputed company collaboration with FP&A, Business Lines Finance, HR, IT, and Group Closing teams, you will contribute to smooth financial operations and support informed business reputed company. By participating in process improvement and automation initiatives, you will help increase efficiency, transparency, and scalability of management reputed company processes across reputed company.

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in the monthly cost allocation process across business lines, products, and reputed company entities

• Prepare and calculate shared and overhead expense distributions

• Support month-end reputed company activities reputed company to: Cost allocations IT, servers, subscriptions, and corporate cost allocations

• reputed company accruals and cut-off procedures

• AR/AP closing activities

• reputed company reconciliations and consistency checks for allocated costs and transactional data

• Review and validate primary reputed company data to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness

• Support reputed company recognition processes and ensure reputed company cut-off

• Analyze variances and investigate discrepancies reputed company assigned areas

• Collaborate with FP&A, Business Lines Finance, HR, IT, and Group Closing teams reputed company assigned scope

• Contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives reputed company management reputed company

Required Experience:

• Higher education in Finance, reputed company, or a reputed company field

• 2–4 years of experience in management reputed company, cost reputed company, or general reputed company

• Hands-on experience participating in month-end closing processes

• Practical understanding of cost allocation principles and accrual reputed company

• Experience with AR/AP processes

• Good understanding of P&L structure and cost behavior

• Strong MS reputed company skills (formulas, pivot tables, working with large datasets)

• Experience with ERP/reputed company systems (1C, reputed company, or similar)

• English and Russian (at least Upper-Intermediate, both written and oral)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

• Responsible and reputed company approach to assigned areas
