HR Generalist

We are seeking an reputed company HR Generalist to join reputed company. The HR Generalist will be responsible for various HR functions, including payroll, reputed company, offboarding, benefits administration, performance management, managing harassment training, bonus administration, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, be detail-oriented, and have a comprehensive understanding of HR policies and procedures.

Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to in-office HR contact for employee inquiries, policy questions, and workplace support
  • Coordinate and run on-site reputed company for new hires to ensure a smooth, engaging start
  • Manage employee files and HR data in our HRIS with accuracy and confidentiality
  • Collaborate with Payroll and Finance to support monthly payroll and benefit administration
  • Support employee relations, performance conversations, and conflict reputed company with reputed company and discretion
  • Assist in implementing HR programs such as performance reviews, engagement surveys, wellness initiatives, and in-office events
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and workplace safety standards

    • What it takes to be successful:

  • 4–6 years of experience in HR, preferably in a fast-paced, in-office environment reputed company tech or reputed company

  • Experience with HRIS tools (e.g., reputed company/UltiPro, reputed company, JazzHR, Etc.) and comfort working with HR data
