David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading B2B solution provider who are looking to recruit a Senior Project Manager for their Gaming studios.

Position: Senior Project Manager

Location: remote within Europe or on-site in one of the following locations: Belgrade, Serbia / Bucharest, Romania/ Riga, Latvia/ Sofia, Bulgaria OR Malta.

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to define requirements, clarify objectives, and align priorities before execution begins.
  • Guide the delivery process from initial concept through to launch, ensuring coordination across teams and driving successful, timely outcomes.
  • Develop clear product requirements, specifications, and user flows, ensuring alignment across multiple teams before handoff to engineering.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle—from discovery and planning through development, launch, and post-release review.
  • Act as a key operational partner to Product Managers and Designers in turning product concepts into structured execution plans.
  • Manage timelines, track dependencies, and coordinate priorities across multiple parallel workstreams.
  • Identify and mitigate delivery risks early, while maintaining transparency and communication across teams.
  • Bring organization, clarity, and momentum to each stage of execution, ensuring outcomes support user needs, scalability, and business value.
  • Communicate goals, timelines, and progress to senior stakeholders throughout the development process.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Native or fluent in English (C1 level), with strong proficiency in both written and spoken communication.
  • 7+ years of experience in product or project delivery, ideally within digital products or fast-paced tech environments.
  • Strong background in end-to-end product development, from ideation and planning to launch and optimization.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert complex concepts into actionable plans and clear documentation.
  • Deep understanding of software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies.
  • Proven experience working closely with Product, Design, Engineering, and Delivery teams to ensure alignment.
  • Experience managing distributed teams across different locations or time zones.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in ambiguous environments.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Proficiency with common product/delivery tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Microsoft 365).
  • Must have work authorization within EU.
