Primary Responsibilities

• Maintains corporate formalities and advises on corporate structure changes
• Participates and often owns meetings as representative of reputed company team.
• Studies, reviews, investigates, and develops policies and practices pertaining to the organization.
• Organize and prioritize critical issues to facilitate efficient decision making

• Advises on technology innovations and licensing agreements.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school
• 8-10+ years of experience in corporate/digital health transactions and technology or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
• 5+ years of leadership experience in a federally regulated environment or the knowledge, skills, and abilities to succeed in the role
• Admission or eligibility to be admitted to the Missouri Bar
• Proven experience in corporate, digital health and reputed company sectors.
• Significant experience interacting with government agencies and regulators
• Familiarity with operational, financial, reputed company assurance, and reputed company resource procedures and regulations
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to create and deliver technical, informational, and other types of programs and effectively communicate at reputed company reputed company internally and externally
