Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions to applicant queries.

- Navigate our computerized system to respond to and troubleshoot applicant queries, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our application programs to provide accurate and relevant support to applicants.
- Identify areas for improvement in our workflows and suggest innovative solutions to enhance our customer service experience.
- Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to empathize with applicants from diverse backgrounds.
- Multitask with ease, handling a high volume of activity across phone, email, and chat channels.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you'll need:
- 2+ years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex issues.
- Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Technical savviness, with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and build rapport with applicants from diverse cultural, socioeconomic, educational, and experiential backgrounds.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, with a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly to new challenges and priorities, with a flexible and positive attitude.
- U.S. work authorization.
