Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service / Tax Preparation Representative - Seasonal working from home, your role will be multifaceted, focusing on delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our clients' needs. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing inbound customer support, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Assisting customers in preparing their tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Tracking, documenting, and retrieving information in databases to maintain accurate customer records.
- Offering additional products and/or services to customers, enhancing their overall experience and driving business growth.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Recent experience in tax preparation, demonstrating your understanding of tax principles and practices.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, showcasing your ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
- A high school diploma or GED, indicating your foundational educational background.
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace in your home, ensuring you can work efficiently and effectively.
- Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, handling multiple customer interactions simultaneously.
- A desktop or laptop capable of completing PC and internet testing during the application process.
- High-speed internet (not wireless/hotspots or satellite) and a smartphone, facilitating seamless communication and work processes.
- Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence, as required for this role.
