Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring that customer interactions meet contractual KPIs and exceed customer expectations.
  • Clarify customer requirements, probe for understanding, and utilize decision-support tools and resources to provide accurate and timely resolutions.
  • Demonstrate empathy and build rapport with customers, greeting them in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Maintain a basic knowledge of client products and/or services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and offerings.
  • Prepare complete and accurate work, including notating accounts as required, and participate in activities designed to improve customer satisfaction and business performance.
  • Offer additional products and/or services to customers, identifying opportunities to upsell or cross-sell relevant offerings.
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in our call tracking database, ensuring that customer interactions are accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Respond to customer inquiries by referring them to published materials, secondary sources, or more senior staff, providing timely and effective solutions.

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Three to six months of relevant customer service experience (preferred).
