Virtual Assistant Needed for Project Organization, Team Coordination & Content Publishing
I am looking for a reliable and proactive Virtual Assistant to help me organize and maintain projects in order. You will play an important role in keeping tasks moving smoothly, coordinating across different teams, and ensuring deadlines are met. In addition, you will help manage and ensure content is consistently being published and added across various platforms.
Responsibilities:
Keep projects and tasks organized using project management tools
Help communicate and follow up with various internal and external teams
Maintain clear documentation and status updates
Ensure content is consistently scheduled and published across websites, blogs, and social platforms
Assist with scheduling and tracking progress
Provide general administrative support as needed
Requirements:
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Experience with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar)
Familiarity with content scheduling and publishing (e.g., WordPress, social media scheduling tools)
Detail-oriented and proactive in following through with tasks
Comfortable working late-night / overnight hours in PST timezone
Previous experience as a Virtual Assistant/Project Manager or in a coordination role preferred
Availability (All Times PST):
Monday – Thursday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Friday: 9:00 AM – 2:00 PM
Weekends: OFF

Part-time to start, with potential to increase hours based on performance and workload
Must be responsive and online during the required working hours above
