About the Customer Operations Representative Role

We're seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Customer Operations Representative to join our team. As a Customer Operations Representative, you'll play a critical role in reviewing and processing financial and non-financial activities for our active Deferred Annuity products. You'll be responsible for understanding federal and municipal tax regulations, differentiating between IRA and NQ accounts, and determining how client requests can impact tax implications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process financial and non-financial activities into administrative systems, preparing or keying checks and wires as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with external customers and agents via telephone or written correspondence to obtain necessary information to process requested transactions.
  • Maintain a strong level of attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
  • Demonstrate a strong commitment to customer service, providing exceptional support to clients and agents.
  • Be process-oriented, following established guidelines and procedures to ensure seamless operations.

Compensation and Benefits

We're offering a competitive hourly salary range of $21.00-$31.96, plus eligibility for our annual bonus program. Our benefits package is designed to be comprehensive and flexible, with a range of options to suit your needs.
