Not only will you receive paid training, but we'll also cover the cost and schedule your state exam, setting you up for success.
What to Expect from This Role
As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative, you will be the frontline representative for our team, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include:
- Resolving complex consumer issues and advising first-level representatives on high-level issues
- Assisting policy holders with billing questions and concerns
- Providing support to policy holders with policy changes and adjustments as necessary
- Utilizing excellent decision-making skills and innovation to respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company guidelines
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Proven oral and written communication skills
- The ability to type at least 25 words per minute
- A high school diploma or GED
- Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Logical problem-solving skills and organization and work prioritization skills
- Availability to work various shifts
Preferred qualifications include:
- 6 months of Call Center experience
Work from Home Requirements
To work effectively from home, you will need:
- A reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 12.0 Mbps and upload rate of 3.0 Mbps
- A clean and quiet workspace
- Proof of internet speed
