As an Intuit TurboTax Customer Support Representative, you will play a critical role in helping customers navigate the TurboTax software, locate previous tax returns and amendments, and resolve any issues they may encounter.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and/or video chat to Intuit TurboTax customers, focusing on software navigation and locating previous tax returns and amendments.
- Utilize critical thinking and multi-tasking capabilities to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support representatives or other relevant teams as necessary.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone in all customer interactions, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Navigate multiple systems and software applications to resolve customer issues and provide support.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As an Intuit TurboTax Customer Support Representative, you will have the opportunity to earn up to $19 per hour, with peak rates applying from January to April. You will also have access to a range of perks and benefits, including:

Technology and Equipment Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following technology and equipment requirements:
- A personal computer (no tablet) with a Windows 10 or Windows 11 operating system.
- A broadband internet connection, recommended at least 10 MBPS, with a wired connection (no wi-fi or mobile internet).
- Valid antivirus software installed, running, and up to date.
- A USB headset with microphone.
- A webcam will be loaned to you for the duration of the contract.
Important Details
This is a seasonal contract that runs through April 15th, 2024, with flexible schedule opportunities available between 7 am and 11 pm CST, Monday - Sunday. You will need to reside in and work from the United States (except CA, NY, PA, WA) and successfully pass a criminal background check.
