  • Handling customer inquiries of varying types, providing timely and effective solutions to resolve issues and meet customer needs
  • Utilizing active listening skills and probing questions to understand customer concerns and provide personalized support
  • Managing and overcoming objections for subscribers' cancellation and suspend requests to assist in reducing churn and meeting sales targets

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and experience working with technology systems

  • A quiet and distraction-free, secure place to work from home, with excellent Internet connectivity and a hard-wired Internet connection
  • A Smartphone (iOS or Android), 4 years old or newer, with the ability to download our app for company communications

Technical Requirements for Remote Work

To work from home, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Internet access speeds of 2 Mbps upload and 10 Mbps download (the faster the better)
  • A hard-wired Internet connection capable of continuously supporting outstanding call quality and high-speed response rates
  • A reliable and secure computer or laptop with up-to-date software and antivirus protection
  • A dedicated phone line or headset for taking calls
