Primary Responsibilities

- Enter required grant data accurately into our database system (NRS) to meet monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
- Maintain appropriate records and follow required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data, including data cleaning and error checking.
- Maintain the required security of student data in compliance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), ensuring confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information.
- Complete regular error checks and data clean-up in NRS to ensure accurate reporting and data quality, identifying and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines, using effective time management and organizational skills.
- Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments, to inform program development and improvement.
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scanning documents, labeling items, inventorying supplies, and basic word processing, to support the team and ensure efficient operations.
- Organize digital files and materials, preparing mailings and assisting with filing, to maintain a well-organized and efficient work environment.
- Other assignments as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or GED, demonstrating a strong foundation in education and a commitment to learning.
- Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures, including MS Office Software, particularly Excel, to perform data entry and administrative tasks efficiently.
- Ability to perform office work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy, planning, organizing, and prioritizing work effectively, and communicating effectively with colleagues and stakeholders.
- Ability to work cooperatively with others, building strong relationships and collaborating to achieve common goals, and work under pressure with frequent interruptions, demonstrating resilience and adaptability.
