Marketing Operations Specialist/Lead

We are seeking a Marketing Operations Specialist/Lead with strong B2B experience to support marketing technology and operations initiatives. The role involves hands-on work across a variety of Martech platforms, optimizing marketing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient campaign execution and data-driven decision-making. Key responsibilities include managing and fixing forms, conducting audits, building dashboards, setting up GTM/GA4, optimizing pipelines, and recommending Martech tools. The position requires direct collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients, including participating in discovery sessions and gathering requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize marketing operations processes, including forms, lead flows, and pipeline efficiency.
  • Conduct audits of existing Martech setups and recommend improvements.
  • Configure, manage, and troubleshoot GTM, GA4, CRM platforms, Webflow, ETL tools, analytics, consent, and chat tools.
  • Build and maintain dashboards to provide visibility into marketing performance.
  • Recommend, evaluate, and implement Martech tools that support B2B marketing programs.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers, developers, and marketers to align operations with campaign goals.
  • Participate in client discovery calls and requirement-gathering sessions.
  • Clearly communicate dependencies and the interconnectedness of marketing operations with other business functions.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of B2B marketing operations experience.
  • SaaS industry experience (preferred).
  • Client-facing or agency experience, with the ability to participate in client calls.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with top B2B Martech tools (GA4, GTM, CRM platforms, Webflow, ETL, analytics, consent management, chat tools).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to audit and optimize processes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
  • Availability to work from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm EST.
