About Our Healthcare Customer Service Role

As a Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement: Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues, and escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Payment Processing: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments.
  • Call Tracking and Reporting: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Feedback and Continuous Improvement: Provide feedback on call issues and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.
  • Upselling and Cross-Selling: Upsell or cross-sell products or services if required.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Age: Over 18 years of age.
  • Education: High School Graduate or GED.
  • Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 wpm.
  • Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and ability to navigate Windows operating systems.
  • Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Experience: 6 months of customer service experience.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home, you will need:

  • Internet Connection: A minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeding 12.0 Mbps, and a minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeding 3.0 Mbps.
  • ISP Requirements: Your ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms.
  • Proof of Internet Speed: You will be required to provide proof of internet speed.
  • Clean and Quiet Workspace: A clean and quiet workspace that is conducive to productivity.
