Job Summary

As a Customer Service and Technical Support Representative working from home, you'll be responsible for providing inbound customer support, resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products, and delivering expert customer experiences with a smile. You'll be part of a diverse team that's passionate about helping the world's best-known brands improve their businesses through exceptional customer experiences and tech-powered innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide inbound customer support using a call flow guide
  • Resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and client products
  • Track, document, and retrieve information in databases
  • Be an amazing problem-solver and maintain broad knowledge of client products and/or services
  • Offer additional products and/or services and deliver expert customer experiences

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Technical support experience preferred
  • A high school diploma or GED
  • A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to ask probing questions to come to a resolution
  • Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
  • Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and eagerness to learn new technologies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with iOS and/or MacOS, or comparable technology
  • Experience with smartphones, tablets, computers, and wearables
