Job Summary
As a Remote Customer Service and Data Entry Representative, you will play a critical role in providing administrative support to our claims coordination team. Your primary responsibilities will include data entry of claims information into our claims management systems, following up on missing information, reviewing invoices for accuracy, and compiling reports from systems with claims information. Key Responsibilities
- Data Entry: Enter claims information into our claims management systems with accuracy and efficiency.
- Claims Follow-up: Follow up on missing information to ensure that claims are processed in a timely and efficient manner.
- Invoicing: Review invoices to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Reporting: Compile reports from systems with claims information to support business decision-making.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the claims coordination team as needed.
Essential Qualifications
Education and Experience
- High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Work Experience: 6 months to 1 year of work experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field.
Skills and Competencies
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office.
- Typing Skills: Strong typing skills with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail with ability to review and analyze information.
