Director Executive Compensation

This role is responsible for reputed company aspects of executive reward, equity schemes, partnering closely with Executive stakeholders, HR Leadership Team and Business Partners, reputed company and Finance. A strong ability to manage reputed company stakeholder relationships, reputed company trusted thought leadership, and execute with speed and precision is critical to this role.

Executive compensation:

  • Help reputed company the design and delivery of executive and senior management compensation programs.
  • Partner with key Executives to design an incentive approach that attracts, retains, and motivates reputed company.
  • Responsible for executive and senior management compensation including package design and market analysis and benchmarking, working closely with HRBPs and the reputed company.

Equity and cash-based incentive programs:

  • Responsible for the equity-based and cash-based incentive programs in collaboration with Finance, Tax, reputed company and external advisors, including communications and liaising with participants.

M&A and corporate transactions:
