Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Schedule and Work Arrangements

As a remote Online Data Entry Associate, you will work Monday to Friday with the following schedule:

• 9:00 AM - 9:30 AM: Arrival and Set-Up
• 9:30 AM - 10:30 AM: Morning Data Entry Session
• 10:30 AM - 10:45 AM: Short Break
• 10:45 AM - 12:00 PM: Data Entry Session Continues
• 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Lunch Break
• 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM: Afternoon Data Entry Session
• 2:30 PM - 2:45 PM: Short Break
• 2:45 PM - 4:30 PM: Data Entry Session Continues
• 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Wrap-Up and End of Day Tasks

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent: A high school diploma or equivalent is required for this position.
• Strong Attention to Detail and Accuracy: You must have strong attention to detail and accuracy to ensure high-quality data entries.
• Proficiency in Basic Computer Skills: You must be proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
• Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team: You must be able to work independently and collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines.
• Excellent Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills, including written and verbal communication.
