- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers, assisting in product selection and suggesting alternatives and options where applicable.
- Make business transactions, manage money, and process payments with precision, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is displayed correctly, and monitor product status to assist with returns and exchanges.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals, building and maintaining strong customer relationships through excellent service.
- Stay connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy, handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:- Least Capabilities:
- 2 years of experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably in a call center or customer service role.
- Experience in Digital Threat Intelligence (CTI) systems and applications, particularly in one of the following areas: Detect, Secure, Answer, and Recover.
- Experience in partnering with leadership teams, including driving, introducing, and answering to various crowds, including executives.
- US Government Top Secret/Compartmented Data with polygraph clearance.
- Preferred Capabilities:
- Experience in the utilization, handling, and analysis of strategic (specialized) CTI in a functional environment, supporting detection, recognition, and response abilities.
- Understanding of CTI techniques and application ideas, with the ability to train and guide new CTI colleagues.
- Ability to correspond raw intelligence from sensors, incident response commitment, and other sources into reports and briefings.
- Ability to present written or verbal data to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to take complex, uncertain points, build procedures, and impact partners.
- A fantastic team player with the ability to work in fast-paced and constantly evolving conditions.
