**Job Summary**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Analyst to join our Customer Experience team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for leveraging data to drive business growth, improve customer experiences, and inform strategic decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, developers, and UX designers, to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
**Key Responsibilities**
As a Senior Data Analyst - Customer Experience, your key responsibilities will include:
* **Data Expertise**: Serve as the data expert on the Customer Experience team, providing data-driven insights and recommendations to inform business decisions.
* **Data Analysis**: Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions and drive growth.
* **Data Visualization**: Design and implement data visualizations using tools like Tableau to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* **Data Platform Development**: Collaborate with the data platform team to design and implement a new CX data platform, including creating base queries and documentation to assist business teams in connecting to this new data source.
* **Ad Hoc Analytics**: Provide ad hoc analytics support to business teams, including developing SQL scripts, stored procedures, and report generation.
* **Data Mining**: Oversee data mining efforts to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.
* **Reporting Standards**: Establish reporting standards and best practices to ensure consistency and quality across the team.
* **Collaboration**: Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, UX designers, and end-users to determine requirements and design data-driven solutions.
**Essential Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* **Bachelor's degree** in a field of study related to data analysis, business, or a related field.
* **7+ years of experience** in data analysis, with a focus on customer experience and business growth.
* **Advanced SQL skills**, including experience with data modeling, data visualization, and data mining.
* **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
* **Excellent written and verbal communication skills**, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* **Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks**, with a focus on delivering high-quality results under tight deadlines.
**Preferred Qualifications**
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
* **1-2 years of experience** in data management, process analysis, and improvement.
* **Experience with data visualization tools**, including Tableau.
* **Knowledge of usability best practices** and user design principles.
* **Certifications** in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field.
