**About the Role**
As a Customer Service Representative with CVS Health, you'll play a vital role in assisting our millions of plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans. You'll take inbound calls, answer questions, and provide solutions to help simplify their healthcare experience. **Key Responsibilities**
* Assist plan members with their pharmacy benefit plans, including prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
* Provide clear and concise information to help members understand their coverage and options
* Offer solutions to simplify their healthcare experience and address their concerns
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless service delivery
* Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

**Required Qualifications**
* 1 year of experience interacting with customers in a call center, retail, customer service environment, hospitality industry, or military setting
* Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
* High School Diploma or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Associates degree or equivalent experience
* Ability to problem-solve in a positive, productive manner
* Comfortable relating to customers in a patient, helpful way that demonstrates a genuine concern for improving the customer quality of life
* Reliability and compliance with scheduling standards
* Ability to exhibit patience and empathy and express assurance and confidence
* Strong customer service skills, including courteous telephone etiquette and professionalism
* Strong oral, interpersonal, and communication skills
**Compensation and Benefits**
