Job Summary

As an Experienced Call Center Representative – Data Entry and Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Key Responsibilities

* Providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare professionals through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages * Processing data entry tasks, including patient and medication information, using Walgreens' proprietary systems and software * Handling high-volume customer inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating complex cases to senior-level staff as needed * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and Walgreens' policies and procedures * Collaborating with pharmacists, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to provide seamless support and services * Identifying and resolving data entry-related exceptions, discrepancies, and issues * Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) * Basic computer skills, including: + Starting and closing a computer + Using a mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online * Basic web browsing skills, including: + Opening a web browser + Typing URLs in the address bar + Using a search engine + Bookmarking a website + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms * Basic keyboarding skills (25 WPM or higher) * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet productivity standards * 18 years or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment * At least 1.5 years of pharmacy experience with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly perceived certification office * Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services and assessing customer satisfaction * Advanced keyboarding skills (35 WPM or higher) * Familiarity with Spanish and English
