**Job Summary**
As a Full Stack Data Entry Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including data entry, customer support, and administrative duties. You will work closely with our artists, manufacturing teams, and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of artwork, props, and other materials. Your exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills will enable you to thrive in this fast-paced and dynamic environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Accumulate and organize artwork, including individual styles, props, and area designs, for shipments to manufacturing facilities, including labeling, categorizing, and developing final model packs for cargo.
* Organize asset documents, upload styles to perception, and prep documents for background Painters and color designer.
* Maintain all artwork files in standardized formats, including naming conventions.
* Assist in the introduction and maintenance of design lists as needed.
* Take notes at assigned conferences, including conference calls (Zoom) with vendors, animation launches, and other meetings.
* Obtain Director's approval on artwork.
* Provide essential materials for artists, including reference.
* Pull "same as" artwork.
* Maintain excellent control for line quality in virtual artwork.
* Communicate any delays to production manager or supervisor immediately.
* Assist in the archival of artwork once a production is complete.
* Make suggestions for streamlining and enhancing pipelines, including ideas for re-use, workflow efficiencies, and flagging complexity problems.
* Assist in prepping materials for awards submissions.
* Update and maintain manufacturing art forums.
* Maintain a helpful attitude, while showing eagerness and curiosity.
* Assist in arranging morale events as directed by the line manufacturer/companion producer or manufacturing manager.
* Perform all other applicable duties as assigned by the Line manufacturer or production supervisor.
**Additional Responsibilities**
* Perform additional responsibilities as necessary, or as defined by individual contracts.
**Qualifications**
* Ability to oversee multiple tasks and resolve problems in a fast-paced environment.
* Advantageous attitude with the ability to be flexible.
* Extremely good organizational, verbal, written, e-social skills and acumen.
**Skills and Competencies**
* Proficiency in Mac or computer.
* Familiarity with Final Draft 9.0, Adobe Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, and Illustrator, ToonBoom Storyboard Pro.
* Informed use of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, and PowerPoint.
