Senior Staff Engineer

ERP SCM Consultant – Bilingual (Japanese-English)

Must-Have Skills:

• Proficiency in Japanese and English (business-level or higher)
• Experience in at least one of the following:
  • SCM Module in Rootstock Cloud ERP
  • SAP Production Planning (PP)
  • SAP Quality Management (QM)
  • SAP Materials Management (MM)
  • Any SAP SCM Module
  • Dealer Management Systems (e.g., MS Dynamics CADIA)

Good-to-Have Skills:

• Experience with Cloud ERP systems
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Oracle, etc.)
• Report/dashboard development
• UAT and go-live support

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and participate in requirement-gathering workshops
• Configure and implement SCM modules in Cloud ERP
• Collaborate with technical consultants for development and integration
• Perform data loading, testing, and system validation
• Provide end-user training and post-go-live support
• Develop documentation and custom reports
• Ensure timely and high-quality project deliverables

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in ERP SCM modules
• Hands-on experience with ERP/CRM implementations, upgrades, and enhancements
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
