Marketing & Events Manager
About the Position:
About You:
You will be responsible for (but not limited to):
- Developing and executing strategic, multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Managing tools and workflows to ensure marketing operations run smoothly and campaigns are delivered on time
- Leading the planning and coordination of conferences, webinars, and internal events—including global and regional team summits. Required to travel internationally for events, approximately 2-4 times a year.
- Supporting the HR team in planning internal culture-building events and producing promotional materials (e.g., photos, posts, event assets) to amplify our vibrant team culture
- Managing vendor relationships related to marketing services, swag, creative, and events
- Maintaining and updating the website and coordinating with internal or external teams to optimize performance
- Creating marketing collateral such as case studies, one-pagers, sales decks, and email content
- Collaborating with subject matter experts and vendors in SEO, digital strategy, and analytics
- Supporting LATAM-based team engagement initiatives and cultural storytelling to ensure all regions feel connected and celebrated
- Ensuring brand consistency across internal and external-facing content
As a Marketing & Events Manager, you need:
- Bachelor's Degree and/or certifications in related fields
- 5+ years of experience in a similar marketing or operations role
- Demonstrated success in planning and executing marketing and internal/external events
- Extensive experience managing day-to-day operations within a marketing team
- Ability to manage a diverse range of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Experience organizing, planning and managing marketing events and promotions
- Experience managing a corporate websiteExperience with various Marketing tools, i.e. Email software, Webinar software, Website Analytics, etc.
- Superior written and verbal communication (C1 or C2 level of English) and strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management, prioritization, organization and coordination skills
- Strong ability to work autonomously and collaboratively - across departments and time zones
- A proactive mindset and passion for bringing people together - digitally and in person
- Familiarity with Latin American workplace culture and cross-cultural collaboration
Nice to have:
- Experience with Copywriting and/or Storytelling
- Understanding of SEO and analytics tools
- Familiar with using a content management system (CMS) - Drupal experience is a bonus!
- Experience in an agency environment
- Team and project management experience
- Experience delegating, motivating and mentoring junior team members
- Experience working alongside an HR team, and fostering an engaged culture both virtually and in person
