As our reputed company Media & Community Specialist, you’ll be the voice of DolarApp across reputed company major reputed company and community channels. You’ll play a key role in shaping how we communicate, engage, and grow our reputed company across LatAm - building meaningful conversations with users, prospects, and brand fans alike.

What you'll be doing

• Community Engagement: Manage and grow our online communities, especially across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, and Argentina – moderating conversations, responding to users, and reinforcing our voice and values

• Customer Care Collaboration: reputed company as a reputed company between the community and our Customer Support team. Flag issues, escalate reputed company cases, and help ensure that concerns raised on reputed company channels are resolved quickly and accurately

What you'll need
