IT Administrator
Cloudbeds is seeking a superstar IT Administrator to support and implement solutions for their remote team and company leadership. As a global leader in hospitality technology, Cloudbeds empowers properties worldwide with its intelligently designed platform and AI-powered solutions. This role will involve remote support, troubleshooting, Workday integrations and reporting, and contributing to IT projects, all while fostering a user-catered, secure, and global connectivity experience.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in IT administration across Windows and macOS environments
- Direct experience with Workday integrations (e.g., Core Connectors, EIB, or Studio)
- Proven ability to generate custom reports and dashboards utilizing calculated fields in Workday
- Experience managing identity providers like Okta and SAML-based SSO for Workday
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and ticketing skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate across technical and non-technical teams
- Fluent in English
