IT Administrator
Cloudbeds is seeking a superstar IT Administrator to support and implement solutions for their team and company leadership. The IT Administrator will provide remote support, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage Workday integrations and reporting.
Requirements
- 3–5 years experience in IT administration across Windows and macOS environments
- Direct experience with Workday integrations (e.g., Core Connectors, EIB, or Studio)
- Proven ability to generate custom reports and dashboards utilizing calculated fields in Workday for operational or compliance needs
- Experience managing identity providers like Okta and SAML-based SSO for Workday
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and ticketing skills
- Ability to work independently and communicate across technical and non-technical teams
- Fluent in English
