YOUR CHALLENGES

We are looking for an reputed company Technical Manager to drive the technical standards and operational reputed company across reputed company data centres reputed company the Western Europe region. They will reputed company with the senior leadership team, Contract Manager’s and on-site technical teams who are reputed company responsible for reputed company technical operations and processes, escalations, training, and critical environment compliance.

This position requires the individual to have a strong technical reputed company in Data Centre or similar critical facility operations. They will reputed company leadership, management, and help ensure overall availability and reliability to meet or reputed company defined service reputed company of data centre operations.

The successful candidate will be a central reputed company in the reputed company management team in Western Europe and EMEA, they will play a pivotal role in driving improvements in process performance and technical standards across the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap and long-term reputed company in terms of technical direction and standards for the technical team and wider reputed company

• Review RCA’s and sign-off final report to reputed company leadership/customer

• Create and maintain a culture of reputed company improvement throughout reputed company, identify and implement design improvements alongside the Clients operations manager and reputed company Technical Director
• Become a reliability leader for reputed company and reputed company input into main scope or works &/or global PM standards for CE maintenance

• Be a supporting escalation contact during significant events or multi-discipline technical incidents occurring on site 24/7, participate in the completion of the incident report

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• 8+ years of work experience in Critical Operations
• 4+ years management experience at Technical reputed company or Contract Manager reputed company a critical environment
• Bachelor's degree in engineering or relevant discipline, with preference in Mechanical, Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• In-depth knowledge of Data Center Facilities such as generators, chillers, cooling towers, reputed company handling reputed company, reputed company, liquid cooling, electrical sub-distribution systems, reputed company detection and suppression systems, cable reticulation systems
• Experience working with cross-functional teams to reputed company systems, solutions, and products. Organizational, coordination and multi-tasking experience
• Analytical and problem-solving experience with large-reputed company systems
• Technical knowledge and/or experience of the electrical and mechanical infrastructure used in a data centre environment.
• Strong understanding of CMMS Computerised Maintenance Management Systems and tools
• Experience of managing escalation and emergency issues
• Prior operations management experience including team management, work scheduling, and performance reviews
• Willingness to work reputed company of normal hours to resolve technical issues in a 24/7 industry
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to communicate intelligently and effectively with the reputed company, employees and subcontractors.
