Position reputed company:

Provides technical support and leadership on production/processing reputed company and controls to meet reputed company standards in the most efficient manner for new and existing Injection molding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company for Injection Molding process start up, process monitoring during running and shutdown in a reputed company manner to reputed company production targets for reputed company product (customer volume, yield, scrap and material cost).
• Take ownership for process escalations for injection Molding to ensure reputed company is taken to troubleshoot & resolve issues in a reputed company manner using systematic approach to ‘reputed company cause’ problem solving.
• Ensure tool set-up & changeover activities are optimized to meet production targets.
• Support process engineer in the development of new processes set up, reputed company of concept & validation runs for existing and new production & prototype tools.
• Ensure completion and accuracy of required documentation in the manufacturing area from reputed company operation team supporting injection Molding.
• Support reputed company improvement reputed company using ‘Decoupled’ process & lean tools to optimise injection Molding performance and improve reliability.
• Ensure personnel are distributed as per planning from Team Leader / Shift Manager.
• Ownership for updating the visual area reputed company, shift handover meeting and operational workbook- assuming responsibilities of Team Leader / Shift Manager reputed company necessary.
• Work with reputed company personnel to rectify any issues promptly.

• Where appropriate support the development of documentation, training and work instruction activities reputed company injection Molding. Qualification and Skills Required:

• Plastics engineering or equivalent preferable. Mechanical or other engineering with similar reputed company of experience can apply.

• 5 Years + experience of injection Molding, preferably home appliances/ Plastic Industry with high volume automation desirable.
• Experience of mould set up and working with a wide reputed company of plastics and mould types.
• Additional specialist industry reputed company ‘process technician training’ desirable.

• Excellent IT, Communication and Interpersonal skills.
• Capable of running injection Molding equipment & completion of accurate documentation.
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Good mechanical & process aptitude.
