Key Responsibilities: Driving Talent Acquisition Excellence
- Drive Strategic Recruiting Efforts: Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for corporate roles, collaborating with hiring managers and leaders to identify and attract top talent.
- Talent Sourcing and Engagement: Proactively source and engage passive candidates, screen inbound applicants, and implement creative strategies to improve our recruiting processes, talent brand, and candidate experience.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Build strong relationships with hiring managers, advising on compensation recommendations, market trends, and best practices. Act as a trusted partner in hiring decisions.
- Data-Driven Insights: Partner with analytics to track and analyze pipeline and performance metrics. Use insights to inform recruiting strategies and share updates with internal stakeholders.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from first contact to successful offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Mentorship and Leadership: Mentor peers, set high standards, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the recruiting team.
- Market Expertise: Stay informed on current industry trends, business dynamics, and market conditions to anticipate business needs and proactively adjust recruiting strategies.
Requirements: The Ideal Candidate
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 6+ years of recruiting experience, with at least 4 years as a full-cycle recruiter, preferably focused on corporate roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions while building strong candidate and stakeholder relationships.
- Advanced knowledge of corporate recruiting principles, sourcing strategies, and market dynamics.
- Track record of successfully engaging passive candidates and selling opportunities in a competitive hiring environment.
- Expertise in partnering with business leaders up to the VP level, influencing hiring decisions, and aligning hiring strategies with business goals.
- Strong data analysis skills and experience using recruiting metrics to inform decisions and improve processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Lever or similar platforms.
- Sense of urgency and competitive mindset.
