About the Role: Senior Designer - Starbucks Brand Experience & Talent Acquisition Programs

As a Senior Designer within our Talent Acquisition Programs team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the Starbucks brand experience and creating engaging visual assets that inspire our partners (employees) and customers alike. This remote position offers an immediate start and a competitive salary of $26/hour. You'll work closely with our Director of Design, Experience Skills, and Engagement to develop and execute creative communications, visual tools, and resources that enhance our user experience and support our HR and recruitment functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create a strategic plan that contributes to the success of the Starbucks brand while adhering to our global creative principles.
• Oversee creative work across marketing campaigns and channels, as well as brand launch assets, ensuring consistency and effectiveness.
• Develop compelling tools, assets, and presentations that combine creative processes with business goals.
• Effectively manage multiple projects and programs with different deadlines, helping project managers meet their targets.
• Provide guidance to internal designers and external agencies, directing artistic production and ensuring high-quality outputs.
• Define and integrate creative feedback to improve performance, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing business needs.
• Develop strong working relationships within Partner Resources and with cross-functional partners, representing the organization's Talent Acquisition Program.
• Demonstrate strong storytelling ability, effectively presenting work to multiple audiences and communicating clearly with all stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications).
• More than 4 years of experience in advertising, branding, graphic design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD, and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, branding, and visual identity.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in digital design, UX/UI, and/or game design.
• Knowledge of design systems and human-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
