About the Role

This is a high-impact role that reports directly to the Vice President of Learning and Leadership Development, with global responsibility for shaping the learning culture and experience at The Coca-Cola Company. As a Senior Director, Learning Innovation and Learner Experience, you'll be at the forefront of driving innovation in learning technologies, including AI, and practices that democratize, personalize, and contextualize learning for our employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide thought leadership on the application of innovative learning technologies and practices, shaping the learning culture and experience for the company.
  • Guide learning leaders company-wide on creating learning products that meet the needs of their internal consumers, and act as a strategic thought leader to technology and delivery partners on the best technology solutions to invest in.
  • Lead a team of learning design professionals directly and the extended community of learning leaders indirectly, ensuring strategic plans are outcome-driven and executed effectively.
  • Craft an actionable innovation strategy and best-in-class learner experience, influencing the strategy and design of comprehensive enterprise and functional learning programs.
  • Understand the needs of the employee-learner population, using data to inform plans and decisions, and manage an internal team and relevant external vendors tasked with the design of learning products.
  • Own the Educational Assistance policy and partner with the internal delivery team for execution, cultivating strong relationships with key partners and stakeholders.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 10-12 years of experience in learning and development, with a proven track record as a leader and consultant.
  • Experience consulting with and advising stakeholders, working with third-party vendors to develop custom programs, and managing key projects in a COE or matrixed learning organization.
  • Depth of subject matter expertise in industry best practices and global trends relevant to workforce development and employee experience.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with autonomy, and excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to take an idea from concept to action, with a passion for innovation and learning.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications will set you apart:

  • Experience working in a global organization, with a deep understanding of diverse cultures and learning needs.
  • A background in instructional design, adult learning theory, and learning technology, with a proven track record of implementing innovative learning solutions.
  • Experience with data analytics and using data to inform learning strategies and decisions.
