About the Role
We're seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Digital Product Management to lead the design, development, and management of our digital products from conception to launch and beyond. As a senior leader in our product management team, you'll be responsible for driving product strategy, defining product roadmaps, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet our customers' evolving needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design of business processes, procedures, and policies related to digital products, prioritizing features and backlog/solutions based on product roadmap and strategy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned products, leveraging in-depth knowledge of industry practices and trends to provide strategic recommendations and drive product development.
- Facilitate resolution of complex risks, issues, and changes tied to initiatives and processes with broad impact to products or related groups of products.
- Conduct extensive research and analysis to inform product strategies, drive product development, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Partner with product teams to identify opportunities for new and existing firm offerings in the marketplace, demonstrating in-depth knowledge of assigned products, the marketplace, industry, and client needs.
- Build, lead, and deliver customized analysis within a professional, well-thought-out format to stakeholders across the organization.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need a strong background in product management, with a proven track record of launching and growing consumer-facing products. Here are the essential qualifications and skills we're looking for:
Essential Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager, with a focus on digital product management and consumer-facing products.
- High technical fluency to clearly describe requirements, solutions, and tradeoff recommendations with stakeholders and engineers.
- Experience leading product discovery, defining customer needs, estimating business value, and identifying best options to meet defined outcomes.
- Experience in leading end-to-end planning of high-profile initiatives with tight deadlines across multiple platform teams.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile Scrum and Safe processes and principles, including ART processes, feature and story backlog definition and refinement, sprint planning, etc.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the financial services industry, with a deep understanding of the regulatory environment and industry trends.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A salary range of $90,000 to $165,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits.
