About the Role

As a Senior Social Media Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring that Tesla's vehicle deals deliver industry-leading client experiences throughout the customer lifecycle - from lead to delivery. You will be the primary point of contact for cross-functional partners, driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance the client journey. This diverse role requires strong engagement and coordination with numerous internal and external stakeholders, including clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and drive programs for continuous improvement in client experience across all vehicle products and channels
  • Serve as the primary resource for cross-functional partners regarding Tesla's vehicle client journey
  • Proactively identify client pain points and opportunities for growth across all business areas, developing tools to provide visibility into process bottlenecks and anomalies
  • Collaborate with internal partners to scope and execute improvement initiatives
  • Work closely with the Sales and Delivery Operations team to scope, explore, and prioritize initiatives that enable an elite client experience
  • Partner with the engineering development team to define functional and timeline requirements for software tools, providing business context and driving project prioritization based on business needs
  • Support the successful deployment of projects by ensuring business readiness, coordinating and monitoring execution, troubleshooting obstacles, and driving decisions with management as needed

Essential Qualifications

  • Relevant experience working with fast-paced organizations in the field of client experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous tasks and projects, navigating compromises and competing priorities
  • Effective at using data, logic, and intuition to identify problems, assess business value, and execute solutions
  • Experience running complex processes using Lean or other methodologies
  • Knowledge of data gathering, analysis, and program execution
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams across different time zones, with a proven track record of building strong relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, marketing, communications)
  • Experience working in the automotive or energy industries
  • Familiarity with Tesla's products and mission
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
