About the Role

The Marketing Strategy Consultant will play a crucial role in developing and driving well-defined plans to address business needs and improve performance within their assigned functional area. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and present strategic business and marketing direction for assigned functional areas, such as pricing strategies, sales plans, media plans, and advertising messaging.
  • Collaborate with and co-lead cross-functional and cross-departmental coordination to support and deliver functional area and other marketing key initiatives.
  • Analyze operational performance, business processes, client insights, and future needs to build strategies that address key challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Serve as a resource to help employees and other departments understand marketing strategies and drive functional area initiatives.
  • Evaluate data from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and establish a comprehensive understanding of client/client demands.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Business and Marketing teams to deliver strategic projects and plans on time, within budget, and within agreed-upon scope.
  • Build associations with entrepreneurs, adopt consultative approaches, and drive projects forward to completion against established timelines.
  • Act as the marketing liaison and enable two-way flow of information between Marketing and cross-functional teams within the Business organization.
  • Work with leaders to align on priorities, address project work, and build self-improvement plans.
  • Perform other work-related tasks as directed by Employee's Chiefs.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Knowledge of marketing campaign development and go-to-market strategy.
  • Essential knowledge of 360-degree marketing planning.
  • Understanding of marketing business metrics (e.g., conversion rate, engagement rate).
  • Skilled in creating marketing briefs, business cases, and performance reporting.
  • Ability to analyze data, identify insights, and develop meaningful conclusions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
  • Capacity to establish and maintain effective working relationships with other functional groups and departments.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen attentively, respond appropriately, and articulate clearly in both written and verbal formats.
