Key Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions via inbound calls, providing an optimum level of service to achieve the best resolution for the customer.
  • Advise customers on the best approach based on their needs and requests, demonstrating a customer-oriented and compassionate approach.
  • Utilize analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Demonstrate sound judgment and decision-making skills, working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives, respecting authority and contributing to a positive team culture.

Essential Qualifications

  • Fluency in Spanish (communication level) with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-oriented and compassionate, with a patient and empathetic approach to customer interactions.
  • Analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Computer proficiency in Windows and MS Office, with the ability to adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • Strong social support system, autonomy, and ability to work effectively from home.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field, although not required.
  • Tech-savviness and a willingness to learn new technologies and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
