Job Overview and Responsibilities
In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for acquiring new sales revenue via sales leads generated by our digital sales platforms. As an inside sales specialist, you will handle all leads produced by these platforms, including inbound calls, digital requests for additional information, online click-to-chats, and digital outbound leads. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Following up on leads within a given SLA timeframe and managing them through the sales process to close new revenue deals
- Preparing sales documentation, activity reports, and forecasts as required
- Acting as a support for field sellers' efforts with their assigned accounts, or working as an independent seller with ownership of a geographic territory or named account list
- Implementing plans and actions, and contributing to the strategic plan
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 0-1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a digital or telecommunications environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
As a Specialist Sales Executive Digital at AT&T, you can expect a competitive salary range of $39,800 - $59,600, plus commission, with a total target compensation of $62,800 - $82,600. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
