As a Specialist Sales Executive S1 Mobility at AT&T, you will enjoy a competitive salary range of $59,900 - $89,900 + commissions, with a total target compensation of $89,900 - $119,900. Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Primarily working on customer premises, create existing and new sales for the delivery of solutions meeting a wide variety of customer needs for AT&T products, services, systems, and solutions.
  • Build and maintain a network of colleagues and customers to share information and obtain prospects, with the aid of support groups.
  • Develop new accounts and maintain and grow existing accounts, establishing and maintaining productive long-term networks and relationships with customers.
  • Observe and participate in presenting products, services, and migrations that can benefit customers' needs, demonstrating a working knowledge of the organization's entire product and service line.
  • Partner with clients to understand business needs, issues, strategies, and priorities, delivering valuable solutions and developing responses to Request for Proposals.
  • Identify key trends and customer needs, leveraging industry knowledge and applications, and utilizing consultative skills to close sales for assigned accounts in accordance with company policy, procedures, and culture.
  • Own account relationships and be responsible for meeting revenue objectives, demonstrating a progressive record of sales achievement.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or communications.
  • 2-5 years of direct work experience in sales, preferably in the technology or telecommunications industry.
  • Proven track record of sales achievement, with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships, identify customer needs, and deliver valuable solutions.
