Job Overview

In this hybrid role, you will balance your time between our remote office and home, enjoying the flexibility that comes with working in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. As a Senior Enterprise Account Executive - Healthcare, your primary objective will be to produce new business sales revenue from a SaaS license model. This will be achieved through meticulous account planning, territory planning, researching prospect customers, employing business development strategies, and completing field-based sales activities within a defined set of prospects, territory, or vertical.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and nurture relationships with multiple C-suite personas (e.g., CFO, CIO, COO, CDO) across all product sales, ensuring a deep understanding of their needs and challenges.
  • Oversee client relationship mapping to the account team, orchestrating an account strategy while leading across a broad virtual team, including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, Success resources, Partners, and Marketing.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your customers by understanding their business and advising on how ServiceNow can help enhance their IT roadmap, providing tailored solutions that meet their specific needs.
  • Identify the right specialist/support resources to bring into a deal at the right time, ensuring that our clients receive comprehensive support and expertise.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • 10+ years of sales experience within software or solutions sales organizations, with a proven track record of establishing trusted relationships with current and prospective clients and other teams.
  • Experience in producing new business, negotiating deals, and maintaining healthy C-Level relationships, demonstrating your ability to understand the "bigger picture" and our plans around IT.
  • A strong customer success focus in a "win as a team" environment, with the willingness to travel up to 50% as required.
  • The ability to promote a customer-centric approach, understanding their challenges and providing innovative solutions that drive value and growth.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay of $122,950 - $202,850, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits. Our sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure.
