About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Staff Attorney to join our team in a customer relationship management (CRM) capacity. As a Staff Attorney, you will play a vital role in building and maintaining positive, productive relationships with our clients, ensuring timely and accurate communication, and driving success through your expertise and dedication. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere outside of Ohio, and is available for immediate commencement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare for and schedule regular meetings and conference calls with clients to review file-level issues and questions, ensuring seamless communication and addressing concerns promptly.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client complaints, addressing concerns professionally and escalating issues as necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Alert management to potential issues with clients, providing proactive solutions and recommendations to mitigate risks and strengthen relationships.
  • Maintain strong relationships with forwarding counsel, ensuring effective collaboration and communication to achieve shared goals.
  • Serve as a liaison between forwarding counsel and clients, facilitating open communication and ensuring that client needs are met.
  • Ensure that forwarding counsel provide proper litigation handling on files, adhering to our high standards of quality and excellence.
  • Work on escalated attorney files in forwarding, applying your expertise to resolve complex issues and drive successful outcomes.
  • Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Contribute to legal projects in the litigation queue, applying your knowledge and skills to drive success and achieve objectives.
  • Answer the CRM phone line, responding to client inquiries and providing support in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage emails and communications in the CRM and subrogation service mailbox, as well as client in-boxes, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of RG processes and services, applying this knowledge to drive continuous improvement and excellence.

Essential Qualifications

  • Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and sound reasoning, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues and communicating in a positive and supportive manner.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations in a calm and professional manner, maintaining composure under pressure and deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.

Compensation and Benefits
