Job Overview

As a Technical Program Manager III at Workwarp, you'll be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working closely with stakeholders to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project schedules, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. You'll use your technical expertise to develop strategy based on research, translate data into insights, and provide recommendations to executives and engineers alike. Key Responsibilities

• Provide insights to engineering teams and influence product direction to enable partnerships and drive innovation
• Develop, build, and evolve insightful metrics with reliable supporting datasets to provide visibility into engineering solutions and customer insights
• Organize, oversee, and ensure the maintenance of development-oriented tooling and dashboards, recommending appropriate changes in investment over time
• Determine what needs to get done in an ambiguous environment and work on requests from multiple leads to deliver results
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan requirements, identify risks, and manage project schedules
• Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders, including executives, engineers, and other partners across the company

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical programs
• Experience with SQL, data, analytics, data-sites, Data Studio, dashboards, and generating insights
• Experience developing strategy based on research and data analysis

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
• Experience translating data into insights and recommendations
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Strong technical skills, including programming languages and data analysis tools

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range for this position, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including:

• A base salary range of $142,000-$211,000, depending on experience and location
• Bonus and equity benefits, including stock options and performance-based bonuses
