Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter who is skilled at sourcing, attracting, engaging, and hiring highly sought-after candidates in the fields of Cybersecurity, Devsecops, Information Assurance, and AI/Clients. As a Technical Recruiter at IBSS, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering a best-in-class recruitment experience to candidates. You will work closely with hiring managers across all business divisions to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies, build relationships, and influence the recruiting process to attract top talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Talent Acquisition projects to deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience to candidates.
  • Serve as a business partner to hiring managers across all business divisions to develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies.
  • Maintain and execute current job descriptions, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Optimize the full utilization and features of the JobDiva (ATS) system to streamline recruitment processes.
  • Recruit full-time, part-time, temporary, contractual, and intern personnel, managing the full life cycle of recruitment, including sourcing, prescreening, scheduling, background checks, references, offers, onboarding, and more.
  • Complete the hiring process within defined metrics, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment.
  • Headhunt and assertively drive the identification and screening of passive candidates to build a pipeline of top talent.
  • Utilize technical recruiting strategies and techniques to ensure service delivery meets the highest standards.
  • Partner with hiring managers and senior leadership to understand Talent Acquisition needs and develop targeted recruitment plans.
  • Build and maintain active candidate pipelines for hard-to-fill, critical positions, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates.
  • Deliver on Service Level Agreements/Metrics for assigned job postings/requisitions, meeting and exceeding recruitment targets.
  • Conduct interviews and screen candidates for opportunities, ensuring they fit the company culture and meet the required qualifications.
  • Cold call candidates, build rapport, and identify applicants who meet position requirements, submitting them to hiring managers for consideration.
  • Coordinate the selection of final candidates, negotiate salaries, and ensure candidates fit within position budgets.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to deliver excellent customer service, providing regular updates and feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Ensure the IBSS applicant tracking system (ATS) is documented, maintained, and completed, adhering to data integrity and compliance standards.
  • Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, source potential candidates through online channels, and plan interview and selection procedures.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates, maintaining a network of talent for future recruitment needs.

Essential Qualifications:

  • At least 1-3 years of experience in technical sourcing and technical recruiting in a high-performing, fast-paced environment, preferably for Cyber or Information Technology professionals.
  • Passion for Talent Acquisition, people-centric, and passion for relationship building, with a strong focus on sales-driven results.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks, with hands-on experience using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs), preferably JobDiva, with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • BS in Business or a related field, with problem-solving and tolerance for ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize workload and multiple tasks/projects, with excellent time-management and project management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, desire to learn, and ability to work independently, with self-driven and internally motivated discipline.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Understanding of federal agencies and government contracting, with proficiency in Google Suite and Office products.
  • Familiarity with ATS, specifically JobDiva, and experience working in a remote or virtual recruitment environment.
