Responsibilities
As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Connecting with Customers: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media
- Resolving Issues: Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues or concerns
- Escalating Interactions: Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
- Processing Payments: Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
- Tracking Call Information: Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Providing Feedback: Provide feedback on call issues
- Upselling: Upsell if required
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 6 Months Customer Service Experience: Preferred experience in customer service
- Age: Over 18 years of age
- Typing Skills: Ability to type 25 wpm
- Education: High School Graduate or GED
- Computer Skills: Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
- Communication Skills: Proven oral and written communication skills
- Problem-Solving Skills: Logical problem-solving skills
- Organization and Work Prioritization Skills: Ability to navigate and prioritize tasks effectively
Work from Home Requirements
To work from home, you will need:
- Internet Connection: Minimum subscribed Download rate equal or exceeds 25.0 MBPS and Minimum subscribed Upload rate equal or exceeds 10.0 MBPS
- ISP Requirements: ISP must have no packet loss and Ping under 30MS
- Proof of Internet Speed: Proof of internet speed required
- Clean and Quiet Workspace: A clean and quiet workspace

Schedule
