Job Summary

As a Trainer - Customer Education at Visier, you'll play a critical role in delivering data-centric instructor-led training to our customers via virtual and in-person classrooms. You'll work closely with our customers and colleagues to ensure that our training experiences are supporting defined learning objectives, and you'll be responsible for evaluating and collecting feedback from our customers and learners. Your goal will be to maximize engagement, retention, and adoption of our solutions, and to help our customers realize the full value of our products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivering high-quality training: You'll deliver data-centric instructor-led training to customers via virtual and in-person classrooms, and you'll work closely with our customers and colleagues to ensure that our training experiences are supporting defined learning objectives.
  • Enabling customers to train their own users: You'll develop and execute a Train the Trainer program that enables our customers to train their own users, and you'll provide ongoing support and feedback to ensure that our customers are getting the most out of our solutions.
  • Evaluating and collecting feedback: You'll evaluate and collect feedback from our customers and learners on our curriculum, activities, learning environments, and impact, and you'll use this feedback to inform our training strategies and improve our products.
  • Managing and maintaining customer sandbox environments: You'll manage and maintain customer sandbox environments for use before, during, and after training sessions, and you'll ensure that our customers have access to the resources and support they need to succeed.
  • Incorporating change management practices: You'll incorporate change management practices into our training strategies, where applicable, and you'll work closely with our customers and colleagues to ensure a smooth transition to our solutions.
  • Supporting and reviewing content creation: You'll support and review content creation across both eLearning and ILT catalogs, and you'll ensure that our training materials are accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to our customers' needs.
  • Maintaining technical knowledge: You'll maintain an in-depth technical knowledge of all Visier products, and you'll provide ongoing feedback and insight to maximize training impact, platforms, and resources.
  • Supporting special projects: You'll support special projects as needed, and you'll work closely with our team to achieve our goals and objectives.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education and experience: You'll have qualifications in Education, adult learning, facilitation/training, coaching, instructional design, or an equivalent combination of experience and professional certifications.
  • Training experience: You'll have experience as a facilitator/trainer, and you'll have delivered technical training to external audiences or customers.
  • Technical skills: You'll have experience with technical products and/or subject matter, and you'll have an understanding of coding language(s) and/or databases.
  • ILT course creation: You'll have experience creating ILT courses that deliver technical concepts to audiences of varying technical knowledge.
  • Credential programs: You'll have exposure to or demonstrated skills in credential programs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the technology or SaaS industry: You'll have experience working in the technology or SaaS industry, and you'll have a strong understanding of the challenges and opportunities in this space.
