The Remote Independent Trader Role

We're seeking experienced and entry-level equity and equity and option traders to join our team as Remote Independent Traders. As an Independent Trader with Maverick Trading, you'll be working on a part-time basis, with the flexibility to trade from anywhere in the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Trading a sub-account within the Maverick Trading firm, with a focus on equity and options trading.
• Developing and executing trading strategies that meet our performance standards.
• Engaging with our experienced coaches, comprehensive courses, and regular meetings to continuously improve your trading skills.
• Staying up-to-date with market news, trends, and technologies to inform your trading decisions.
• Actively managing risk and maintaining discipline in your trading activities.

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Remote Independent Trader with Maverick Trading, you'll need:

• A passion for trading, with a strong desire to learn and excel in the financial markets.
• A minimum of 2+ years of experience in trading or managing investments.
• A basic understanding of the financial markets, including equity and options trading.
• Exceptional decision-making abilities, with the capacity to make informed trading decisions.
• Experience with Java is a plus, but not required.
