About the Role: Remote Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Remote Operations Manager to join Workwarp's dynamic team. As a crucial member of the operations team, you will report directly to the Owner and be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management of self-storage facilities, ensuring seamless operations, and driving efficiency across the business. This is a 100% remote work opportunity, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere in Latin America.
Key Responsibilities:
- Property Management: Take full ownership of assigned properties, ensuring smooth and efficient management, and coordinating with the "on-site manager" to complete weekly tasks and property visits.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with customer service and maintenance teams to address tasks and requests promptly, and act as a liaison between departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
- Process Improvement: Help improve documentation, organization, and development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all business processes, and collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
- Support and Coordination: Support the Owner and other team members in day-to-day tasks and special projects as needed, and coordinate with US-based vendors or third-party services.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience: Proven experience in operations or property management roles, with a strong track record of success.
- College degree: A degree from a reputable institution, demonstrating your academic achievements and commitment to your field.
- Technical proficiency: Proficiency with Google Suite and an ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, including task management software and Property Management software.
- Organizational and communication skills: Strong organizational skills with experience in building and improving processes, and excellent written and spoken English.
- Experience with US-based companies: Prior experience working with US-based companies, vendors, or third-party services.
Nice to Have:
- Task management software: Experience using task management software such as Monday, Asana, or similar tools.
- Property Management software: Familiarity with Property Management software like Appfolio, Buildium, or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Notion and ClickUp: Experience with these productivity and project management tools.
- Self-Storage or Property Management experience: Prior experience in Self-Storage or Property Management is advantageous but not required.

- Competitive salary: A monthly salary of $1,900 - 2,000 USD, depending on experience, paid via Wise, Veem, or Zelle.
